The world\u2019s leading acrobatic gymnasts are preparing to meet in Italy as the 30th Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships<\/strong> take place in Pesaro from 24\u201327 September 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Vitrifrigo Arena will welcome 252 athletes from 30 countries<\/strong>, with competitors entered across five categories: 19 men\u2019s pairs, 18 women\u2019s pairs, 20 mixed pairs, 30 women\u2019s groups and 12 men\u2019s groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With 16 world titles available, the championships promise four days of spectacular balances, dynamic routines and closely fought battles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ossolodkov Brothers Chase Perfection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The men\u2019s pairs competition could feature the biggest stars of the entire championships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

USA\u2019s Vsevelod and Yaroslav Ossolodkov<\/strong> arrive in Pesaro unbeaten throughout the year. Their perfect record will face serious challenges from Belarusian pair Ilya Famenkou and Raman Khalimonchyk<\/strong> and Ukraine\u2019s Maksym Markovskyi and Vladyslav Repetii<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also in the field are Azerbaijan\u2019s Daniel Abbasov and Murad Rafiyev<\/strong>, the only defending world champions competing in Pesaro. They captured the Combined and Balance titles at the 2024 World Championships and will be looking to add another chapter to their international success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Women\u2019s Pairs Bring New Rivalries<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The women\u2019s pairs competition is equally intriguing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Israel\u2019s Rony Cohen and Shiraz Sokolovsky<\/strong>, winners of this year\u2019s World Cup series, enter the championships as one of the teams to watch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

USA\u2019s Willow Noble and Sydney Padios<\/strong> are among their strongest challengers, while Russia\u2019s Svetlana Filipeva and Vasilisa Gavrilina<\/strong> represent an emerging partnership capable of making an impact on the world stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

World Games Champions Return<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ukraine\u2019s Yevfrosyniia Kryvytska and Ivan Labunets<\/strong> will carry major expectations in the mixed pairs category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pair are the only 2025 World Games champions<\/strong> in this category competing in Pesaro. Their height difference can sometimes result in penalties, but they will arrive with proven championship credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belarusian pair Adryian Trafimovich and Darya Miniuk<\/strong> are among the leading challengers, while Russia\u2019s newcomers Dinara Aisina and Artemii Petrovskii<\/strong> will also be ones to watch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The women\u2019s groups competition is expected to be one of the most competitive events of the championships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
