1. About VSA
Victory Skating Corp. (“VSA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates vsaworld.com, the VSA application, and related online instructional services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information when you use our Services, participate in lessons, or communicate with us.
The Children’s Privacy section provides additional protections for children under 13. Those protections take precedence over any conflicting general provisions concerning children’s personal information.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use our Services, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, telephone number, and account information.
- A student’s age or date of birth and relevant parent or guardian information.
- Lesson bookings, attendance, purchase history, and payment status.
- Training goals, skill level, and information voluntarily provided for instruction.
- Messages, feedback, customer support requests, and permission records.
- Video, audio, and communications transmitted during online lessons.
- Lesson recordings where the required permission has been obtained.
- Device, browser, IP address, and technical information needed to operate and protect the Services.
- Instructor qualifications, profile information, and relevant business, payment, or tax information.
Recordings may capture a participant’s image, voice, movements, lesson communications, and surroundings visible or audible during a lesson.
We may receive relevant information from parents, guardians, instructors, payment providers, and technical providers supporting the Services.
Please avoid providing sensitive information that is unnecessary for instruction or use of our Services.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- Create and manage accounts.
- Schedule and deliver lessons.
- Coordinate communication with students, parents, and instructors.
- Administer payments and purchases.
- Provide customer support.
- Evaluate instruction and analyze student progress.
- Investigate safety concerns, complaints, or disputes.
- Verify attendance and lesson delivery.
- Maintain and protect the Services.
- Meet applicable legal obligations.
- Send service communications and permitted promotional communications.
With separate permission, selected lesson footage may also be used to demonstrate student progress, showcase instruction, and promote VSA through the channels identified in the permission request.
We do not use children’s information for materially different purposes without providing any required notice and obtaining any additional consent required by law.
4. Online Lessons and Recording
VSA uses Agora, a third-party platform, to conduct online lessons. Some lessons or portions of lessons may be recorded; not every lesson is recorded.
Before recording begins, the instructor verbally informs the participant and requests the required permission. An adult student may authorize their own recording. For minors, the instructor requests verbal permission from a parent or legal guardian during the lesson, before recording begins.
Where recordings are made, they are stored through Agora rather than in VSA’s own recording storage. Authorized VSA personnel may access and review them for the purposes described in this Policy.
Recordings may be used to analyze technique and student progress, review instructional quality, investigate safety concerns, verify lesson delivery, and address relevant complaints or payment disputes.
Access is limited to authorized personnel, relevant instructors where needed, and providers supporting the disclosed purposes. Instructors are not authorized to independently record, retain, or share lesson footage outside VSA’s approved procedures.
5. Social Media and Promotional Use
With separate permission, VSA may use selected lesson recordings, photographs, or audio to demonstrate student progress, showcase instruction, and promote its Services on its website and social media channels, including Instagram.
Promotional participation is optional. Declining permission does not affect access to lessons.
6. Withdrawal of Permission and Removal Requests
An adult student, or a parent or legal guardian acting for a minor, may withdraw permission for future recording or promotional use by emailing info@vsaworld.com.
Upon a verified request, VSA will stop new promotional uses and remove the identified content from its website and social media accounts under its control without undue delay.
Users may also request deletion of the underlying recordings. VSA will delete them, or arrange deletion through the relevant provider, unless limited retention is legally permitted and reasonably necessary for a specific legal obligation or dispute.
Any retained material will have restricted access and will not be used for promotion. VSA cannot guarantee deletion of copies independently downloaded or shared by others, but will take reasonable steps to request removal where appropriate.
Withdrawal does not retroactively invalidate processing lawfully performed before withdrawal.
7. Access and Disclosure
Instructors and participants
Relevant instructors receive information needed to provide lessons. During live lessons, participants may see and hear information transmitted by others, including video, audio, display names, and lesson communications.
Service providers
VSA uses providers supporting video communication, recording, storage, scheduling, payments, hosting, and customer support.
Providers processing information on VSA’s behalf receive access necessary for their functions and are required to protect the information and restrict its use to authorized purposes.
Agora supports online lessons and storage of lesson recordings.
Disputes and legal requirements
Where permitted by applicable law, VSA may disclose limited relevant information to payment providers, card issuers, legal advisers, courts, regulators, or law enforcement to address a specific dispute, comply with a legal requirement, or protect legal rights.
Disclosures are limited to information reasonably necessary for the matter and remain subject to applicable privacy and consent requirements.
A payment dispute does not authorize unrelated public disclosure or promotional use of lesson footage.
Public content
Information intentionally published through an available public feature may be visible to others. Publication of identifiable children’s content by VSA remains subject to the parental permissions described in this Policy.
Business transfers
Personal information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law and the protections applicable to that information. VSA provides notice and obtains additional consent where required.
VSA does not sell children’s personal information or use it for behavioral advertising.
8. Children’s Privacy
Parent-managed participation
A parent or legal guardian must register and arrange Services for a student under 18.
VSA recognizes that children under 13 participate in lessons and applies the additional protections described in this section to their personal information.
Notice and consent
The instructor verbally informs participants before an authorized recording begins.
Information and purposes
Subject to the applicable notice and consent, children’s information may include names, ages or dates of birth, bookings, attendance, training goals, lesson communications, live video and audio, authorized recordings, and necessary technical information.
VSA does not require a child to provide more information than is reasonably necessary for an activity.
Children’s information is used only for the disclosed purposes and accessed by authorized personnel, relevant instructors, and providers as needed for their functions.
Parental rights
Parents may contact info@vsaworld.com to:
- Request a description of the information collected from their child.
- Review their child’s personal information.
- Request deletion.
- Refuse further collection or use.
- Withdraw promotional permission.
VSA uses reasonable procedures to verify parental authority without making review unduly burdensome.
When fulfilling a request, VSA protects other participants’ information through appropriate measures, which may include redaction or an alternative review method.
If information needed to provide a service can no longer be collected or used, VSA explains the effect and discusses available options.
A general content license does not override parental rights under applicable law.
9. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
VSA uses relevant transaction and billing information to administer purchases, confirm payment, maintain records, and address payment inquiries or disputes.
Payment providers’ privacy policies describe their handling of payment information.
10.Cookies and Technical Information
VSA uses cookies and similar technologies to support account access, maintain preferences, administer bookings, and protect the Services.
Where enabled and legally permitted, analytics technologies help evaluate service performance. Optional advertising technologies may support campaigns directed to adults.
VSA provides consent and preference controls where required by applicable law. Browser and device settings may also allow users to manage certain technologies.
Embedded third-party content may transmit information to its provider. Applicable notices and choices are provided where required.
For users identified as under 13, VSA restricts collection and use to what applicable law and parental consent permit. Children’s personal information is not used for behavioral advertising.
11.Communications
VSA sends communications needed to provide the Services, including booking confirmations, lesson reminders, payment notices, account updates, and support responses.
Optional marketing communications are directed to adults where legally permitted. Users may unsubscribe using the available link or by contacting info@vsaworld.com.
Essential service communications may continue after a user unsubscribes from marketing.
Marketing concerning a child’s participation is directed to the parent or guardian.
12.Retention and Deletion
VSA retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the specific purposes for which it was collected and applicable legal requirements.
Storage on a third-party platform does not authorize indefinite retention. VSA manages the retention and deletion of recordings stored through Agora and requests provider deletion where required.
Account information supports the service relationship. Booking and payment records support transaction administration and applicable accounting obligations. Lesson recordings support the authorized instructional, safety, and dispute-resolution purposes described above. Permission records document authorization and withdrawal.
When information is no longer necessary for its authorized purpose, VSA deletes it or arranges for its deletion, subject to lawful preservation requirements.
Information relevant to an identified dispute, legal proceeding, or preservation obligation may be retained with restricted access only to the extent legally permitted and reasonably necessary. It is not used for unrelated purposes or retained indefinitely.
Deletion requests may be submitted to info@vsaworld.com. VSA explains any lawful limitations on deletion where applicable.
13.Security
VSA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access restrictions and appropriate oversight of service providers.
Children’s information is subject to the additional safeguards required by applicable law, including a written information security program and assessment of providers handling that information on VSA’s behalf.
No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Contact info@vsaworld.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or information.
14.Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of their personal information, or to restrict certain processing.

Where applicable law requires international transfer safeguards, VSA implements the required safeguards.

Third-party policies do not remove VSA’s obligations for processing performed on its behalf.
16.Changes to This Policy
VSA may update this Policy to reflect changes in its Services, practices, or legal requirements. The revision date appears above.
Where required, VSA provides direct notice and obtains additional consent before materially changing the collection, use, or disclosure of children’s information.
Continued use of the Services does not replace additional parental consent required by law.
An update does not retroactively authorize recording, publication, or other processing that required consent when it occurred.
