Kylington Back in the Game with One-Year Deal from Avalanche

Defenseman Oliver Kylington has secured a one-year contract with the Colorado Avalanche, marking his return to the NHL after a challenging year.

• Kylington played 33 games for the Calgary Flames last season, recording eight points (3 goals, 5 assists).
• His comeback followed a year away from hockey to address mental health concerns, earning him a Masterton Trophy nomination for perseverance.
• Drafted by Calgary in 2015, Kylington brings NHL experience with 55 points in 201 regular-season games.

The Avalanche are adding depth to their defense with Kylington’s signing, while Kylington gets a fresh start with a new team.
