The St. Louis Blues have enjoyed a solid start to the season, thanks in large part to the contributions of newcomers Philip Broberg and Dylan Holloway.

Broberg, acquired from Edmonton in the offseason, has been a standout on defense. He’s averaging over 19 minutes of ice time per game and has already recorded five assists. Holloway, also acquired from Edmonton, has added a scoring touch to the bottom six with his goal against Carolina.

The Blues’ strong play is a result of their improved defensive performance and opportunistic scoring. They’ve defeated playoff contenders like Seattle, New York, and Carolina, demonstrating their competitiveness.

While there’s still a long road ahead, the Blues’ early success is encouraging. With Broberg and Holloway making significant contributions, the team is well-positioned for a successful season.
